coincide with the story to produce a natural flowing effect with the plot Each is written by different people who each know a lot about his her selected topic The 11 one to four page shortstops often give tons of details, occasionally including some pictures that elaborate on their ideas For instance, a specific nonfiction part talked about how quantum teleportations do not send actual matter, only information about it that can later reconstruct the actual thing It really is a good way that can combine a usual non learning fiction and a not so interesting nonfiction to make a very interesting learning experience.I like how the team of four come together to solve mysteries and problems, in fast, efficient, and effective ways Each person offers different and complementary skills Annie is a fast learner and a good planner, George has lots of courage, a laptop super AI named Cosmos is extremely knowledgeable and provides portals, and later joined Leonia is good at engineering interested in the debate these books are sure to illicit I am glad they promote the view of science as something every changing and growing while also being interconnected story to story scientific discipline to scientific discipline. A rollercoaster ride from beginning to end the storyline of this book is much better than that of its predecessors Most of the science is pitched at a lower level than previously some of the earlier books overshot the 8 age range a bit by including very advanced physics and computer science The ending is quite a shocker. .Free Epub ♂ George and the Blue Moon ☩ George and his best friend, Annie have been selected as junior astronauts part of a programme that trains up young people for a trip to Mars in the future This is everything they ve ever wanted they get to be a part of up to the minute space discoveries and meet a bunch of new friends who are as fascinated by the universe as they areBut when they arrive at space camp, George and Annie quickly learn that strange things are happening on Earth as well as up in our skies Mysterious space missions are happening in secret, and the astronaut training they re undertaking gets scarier and scarierThe fifth adventure in this series by Lucy and Stephen Hawking also containing up to the minute scientific facts and information by the world s leading scientists Per leggere la recensione vai su Per leggere la recensione vai su I like that this series has essays explaining concepts indepth scattered throughout the story I might like it better if each was at a chapter s end just because it irritates me a little that I feel like I have to pause in the reading to read the essay or bookmark it for later when I m caught up in the tale.It deals with the chance to travel in space, cyber bullying, people being overly competitive, and also learning how to put up with people you don t initially like While the characters I like that this series has essays explaining concepts indepth scattered throughout the story I might like it better if each was at a chapter s end just because it irritates me a little that I feel like I have to pause in the reading to read the essay or bookmark it for later when I m caught up in the tale.It deals with the chance to travel in space, cyber bullying, people being overly competitive, and also learning how to put up with people you don t initially like While the characters have now aged to midteens, the story level is at a much younger reading age.I like this series, and I think some of the empathy I felt for the main characters would be lost if I hadn t read the previous books All in all, it s a good series to get kids interested in space and science, and to encourage kids who are already into those things Also, it s not a bad way to direct kids fond of reading only nonfiction to try some fiction. This book fulfilled the 2018 Popsugar Reading Challenge of a book by two authors view spoiler I really didn t like the ending I didn t think George would decide at the very last minute to fo into space alone Even he s not that impulsive hide spoiler this was a surprise.i haven t read many sci fi books, especially middle grade so i wasn t really expecting much to begin with but it was actually pretty amazing and even though its middle grade it felt like a young adult book.i started this book on a whim, not really sure if i actually wanted to read it it gradually started becomingandinteresting so i continued i mostly liked the book but by rating it four stars you d probably think i had some problems with it well, you were right this was a surprise.i haven t read many sci fi books, especially middle grade so i wasn t really expecting much to begin with but it was actually pretty amazing and even though its middle grade it felt like a young adult book.i started this book on a whim, not really sure if i actually wanted to read it it gradually started becomingandinteresting so i continued i mostly liked the book but by rating it four stars you d probably think i had some problems with it well, you were right i did have some problems with it there was a minor problem that continued throughout the book.the problem was that there were actually alot of times were situations in the book could have been avoided, whilst if these problems talking about the main one they faced at the training facility camp happened to anyone else i wouldn t give a rats ass about my teammate and get the hell out of there.that would actually help him her even if he she doesn t know it does by causing some trouble they could just get out of there Igor and Leonia would thank them later Au Revoir
