I loved this series Darkwing Duck is a great character, he is very dynamic but there are also a lot of comedic aspects thrown in which make the storyinteresting. When the mayor of St Carnard steps down, Darkwing enters the race to take his place But someone is out to make sure that Darkwing does down This was another fun entry in the comic book spins off from the 90 s cartoon show Fans will love it while the rest may not appreciate it as much I m a fan, so I loved it.Read my full review at Carstairs Considers When the mayor of St Carnard steps down, Darkwing enters the race to take his place But someone is out to make sure that Darkwing does down This was another fun entry in the comic book spins off from the 90 s cartoon show Fans will love it while the rest may not appreciate it as much I m a fan, so I loved it.Read my full review at Carstairs Considers Two good main stories here The first features Quackerjack, in the culmination of his darker turn since the comic began The other story the main one introduces a number of new villains centered around Darkwing s run for mayor There s also one short story sandwiched between them, by DW creator Tad Stones The new villains are overall good, with One Shot being my personal favorite Plus, there are also some fun cameos by classic villains, and not just from Darkwing lore A This book collects Issues 13 16 of the Boom Studios Darkwing Duck Series as well as the only Annual for the Comic. The Annual has two stories that stand apart from the interconnected story told in Issues 13 16 In, Toy With Me, toy based supervillain Quackerjack is back and he s a far darker villain with a new and far darker version of his puppet sidekick Mr Banana Brain In my opinion, this story was very reminiscent of the very first Boom Studio Darkwing Duck story, The Duck Knight Returns This book collects Issues 13 16 of the Boom Studios Darkwing Duck Series as well as the only Annual for the Comic. The Annual has two stories that stand apart from the interconnected story told in Issues 13 16 In, Toy With Me, toy based supervillain Quackerjack is back and he s a far darker villain with a new and far darker version of his puppet sidekick Mr Banana Brain In my opinion, this story was very reminiscent of the very first Boom Studio Darkwing Duck story, The Duck Knight Returns It was this rare story that had a lot of kids stuff, but also someprofound mature concepts about originality, accomplishment, and choosing who we re going to be It also could be seen as a bit of a commentary on how comics and superheroes and supervillains have become darker Darkwing Duck is at his most heroic and the end of the story is poignant Just a great story. The shorter Annual story, The Untimely Terror of the Time Turtle, was written by show creator Tad Jones and was just a delightful time travel romp.As for, Campaign Carnage, the titular four issue story features Darkwing facing a stream of new supervillains and then deciding to run for Mayor against a City Councilwoman and before you know it, his friend and sidekick Launchpad launches his campaign with hopes of allowing Darkwing to continue to be a superhero. The story is profound or anything, but it s a lot of fun It also hints at some nefarious goings on that will be addressed and resolved in the upcoming crossover story but the story is complete in itself Overall, this book lived up to high standards of the previous all ages Darkwing Duck series and I highly recommend it ^Free Epub ↽ Darkwing Duck, Vol. 4: Campaign Carnage ✑ Let s Get Dangerous again with a brand new volume of DARKWING DUCK stories The Duck Knight has returned, he s solved the Crisis on Infinite Darkwings, and he s withstood the FOWL Disposition With all these Darkwing epics in the bag, will the purple powerhouse of peace be able to deal with the dreaded One Shot Find out as Ian Brill and James Silvani continue their critically acclaimed, fan favorite run on Darkwing Duck The Disney Afternoon Revolution is here at KABOOM Don t miss out
